Trusted Pipeline Rehabilitation Across Regional NSW and Victoria
Restore damaged pipes safely and efficiently with UV and sectional repairs, minimal disruption and long-lasting results.
Eliminate the Risk, Disruption & Environmental Impact of Open-Cut Excavation
Managing ageing infrastructure should not come at the expense of surrounding assets or the environment. Traditional open-cut excavation can create unnecessary surface disturbance, excess waste, and extended disruption to traffic, operations, and site access.
At KBC, we take a more considered approach. Our trenchless relining solutions restore pipelines internally, from targeted sectional patch repairs to full UV-cured fibreglass liners, preserving site integrity while avoiding large-scale excavation. The result is an engineered rehabilitation outcome that supports long-term structural performance, lower environmental impact, and minimal disruption to critical operations.

Secure Structural Integrity with Specification-Grade Trenchless Technology
Managing ageing pipelines is not just about clearing blockages. It is about restoring structural integrity and long-term performance without unnecessary excavation or disruption to site operations.
Our trenchless rehabilitation solutions create a new structural pipe inside the existing asset, strengthening deteriorated sewer and stormwater lines while preserving surrounding surfaces and built infrastructure. This approach reduces reinstatement requirements and supports reliable hydraulic performance over the life of the asset.
Depending on asset condition, location and access, KBC selects from a range of specification-grade relining methods that can include full-length structural liners, UV-cured fibreglass systems and targeted sectional repairs. This ensures each project is delivered with a fit-for-purpose solution that balances performance, risk and whole-of-life value for your network.
Advanced Pipe Relining Solutions Customised for Your Infrastructure
As a specialist in trenchless pipeline rehabilitation, KBC uses proven lining systems to restore assets from the inside out. Whether the requirement is a targeted repair at a single defect or a full manhole-to-manhole rehabilitation, we match the method to the condition of the asset and the constraints of the site.
- Sectional Patch Repairs: Targeted structural repairs for specific cracks, joint failures or root intrusions where a full-length liner is not required.
- UV GRP Pipe Relining: Glass-reinforced liners cured with controlled UV light for high structural strength, smooth internal surfaces and rapid return to service on critical sewer and stormwater assets.
- Inversion Pipe Relining: CIPP liners installed by inversion from a single access point, ideal for small to mid-diameter mains with bends, changes in direction or limited access, providing a tight structural fit and long design life.
Our solutions minimise disruption, protect surrounding infrastructure and return your pipelines to reliable, long-term service as efficiently as possible. To discuss your asset rehabilitation requirements, contact the KBC team today.
Book a CallHow We Deliver Trenchless Rehabilitation
KBC follows a rigorous six-step process on every pipeline rehabilitation project, giving you full visibility of asset condition, scope and outcome at every stage.
Step 1: CCTV Inspection
We complete a high-definition CCTV inspection to assess asset condition, locate defects and capture measurements for design.
Step 2: High-Pressure Jetting
We use high-pressure jetting to remove debris, roots and sludge so the host pipe surface is clean and ready for rehabilitation.
Step 3: Pre-Lining CCTV Verification
A follow-up CCTV pass confirms the line is clean, clear of obstructions and ready for the selected lining method.
Step 4: Liner Installation
We install the chosen solution, such as a UV GRP liner, inversion-installed CIPP liner or sectional patch, based on the inspection data.
Step 5: Curing
The liner is cured using ambient air, hot water or controlled UV light to form a new structural pipe within the existing asset.
Step 6: Final Quality Check
A final CCTV inspection verifies the rehabilitation and joints, and we issue an updated WinCan report for your asset records.
Restoring Pump Station Performance Through Trenchless Rehabilitation
Project: Sewer investigation and UV fibreglass lining for a regional water authority.
The Challenge: A key pump station was cycling 135 times per day instead of its intended 25, causing accelerated wear, repeated pump replacements ahead of their 10-year design life and steadily rising operational costs.
The Investigation: KBC inspected 220 metres of sewer across three assets, identifying significant infiltration entering the network. Findings were confirmed through CCTV footage and delivered to the authority in a detailed written report.
The Solution: Over three days, KBC installed 220 metres of UV fibreglass liner to rehabilitate the affected sewer and eliminate the source of infiltration.
The Results: Pump station cycling returned to its intended 25 starts per day. Daily run time reduced by 10 hours. Approximately 20,000 fewer litres entered the network each day. Estimated cost saving over 10 years is $1,000,000.
